Experience & Expertise

Patrick Ginnelly graduated from Limerick Institute of Technology with a degree in Quantity Surveying and holds a Diploma in Loss Adjusting from the Insurance Institute of Ireland.

Before establishing the company, Patrick gained valuable experience working as a Quantity Surveyor with leading Irish building contractors and within a quantity surveying practice in Australia. This background provides a strong foundation in construction, building costs, property damage assessment and the preparation of detailed reinstatement estimates.

Combining this technical knowledge with specialist insurance claims expertise, Patrick established the company in 2017 with a clear objective: to provide policyholders with independent, professional representation and ensure they receive the settlement they are entitled to under their insurance policy.
